I chose this company for their efforts on sustainability but will return for the customer service. I bought a 9, which is the size I use for a regular pair of shoes, but they were really small for a pair of flip-flops. I had just 7 days until I was leaving for a trip, needed these shoes in a hurry. Their CS went above and beyond to ensure that I got them before I left.

I have two pair of my own and decided hubby needed some. He LOVES them. He felt a bit of rubbing at the top of his foot for about a minute...now they feel like part of his foot. We live on Maui and wear "slippers" all the time, year round. We will both always have a pair (at least) of Indosoles!

I bought a pair of Indosole flip flops a year and a half ago and use them almost daily, going in an out of the house for any chores here or at the mountain cabin or on the beach. They are finally starting to show a bit of wear so I bought a second contrasting color pair to have as a back up. I may end up with a third, because I think I have stumbled onto a really great thing here. Comfortable, attractive, practical, sustainable, and long wearing.
